Existing door had been hit by a forklift and damaged to the point it did not close. The existing hardware was missing and was on the door was damaged beyond reuse. The opening was a safety and security hazard.

Steel door, continuous hinge, surface mounted cast iron body door closer and ADA lever handle lockset.
