Did you know....
Fire rated doors must have an affixed label that contains the following information:
1. Manufacturer's name
2. Third-party inspection agency's name
3. Fire protection rating (Such as "B" or 1-1/2 Hours)
Fire rated frames must also have an affixed label however the following is the only information that is mandatory:
1. Manufacturer's name
2. Third-party inspection agency's name
-the actual ratings such as "b" or "c" are not required to be included
